The graduation ceremony is a momentous occasion, and Abdulrahman Kanoo School Diyar (ARKS) celebrated its first Yr. 1 graduation- an academic milestone. The in-house graduation represented their transition from preschool to primary, the first of many academic milestones these students will take part in, within their 15 years of education.
Donning their graduation gowns, it was a day filled with fanfare and excitement, as parents and guardians gathered to watch their children confer. The sense of accomplishment and pride was palpable, with the ceremony commencing with a recitation of the Quran by Abdulla Buzaboon and three songs: in English, Arabic and Mandarin.
Speaking on behalf of the school, Ms Katrina McLernon: Head of Pre School noted; It has been a joy to watch our young learners grow and develop throughout the year. I am proud of the progress they have made and know that they are well-prepared for the next steps in their educational journeys. I wish all our graduates a bright and beautiful future.
