Parents Sessions

As part of Abdulrahman Kanoo School Diyar’s ongoing commitment to parent engagement and student wellbeing, three insightful parent sessions were held throughout October.

For Primary School parents, Ms. Christin Reuter facilitated an engaging workshop titled “Building Resilience,” focusing on practical strategies to help children cultivate emotional strength, adaptability, and a positive mindset when facing life’s challenges.

Infants School parents participated in a session led by Ms. Sajeda Alsaroo titled “Towards Diversifying Balance: Building Character and Knowing Behavior,” which explored ways to understand children’s behavioral patterns and nurture balanced character development.

Meanwhile, Secondary School parents attended a thought-provoking session by Dr. Jassim Mohammed Al Muhandi titled “Effective Communication and Teenage Development,” which emphasized the importance of open dialogue, empathy, and positive guidance in supporting adolescents through their developmental stages.

All three sessions reflected ARKS Diyar’s continuous efforts to strengthen the home–school partnership and empower parents with valuable tools to support their children’s emotional, social, and personal growth.
