At ARKS, our students recently brought history to life through a vibrant Biography Museum. From Malala Yousafzai to Mother Teresa, Lady Diana to Queen Rania of Jordan, the diversity of choices reflected the depth of our students’ curiosity and admiration for those who lead with compassion, courage, and conviction.
Each child stepped into the shoes of their chosen figure, presenting with pride, empathy, and expressive language. This project is directly linked to their English learning: students explored biography as a genre, practiced research and sequencing, and developed their skills in writing, summarizing, and public speaking. It was a powerful way to connect literacy with real-world inspiration.
Miss Adhora, who led the initiative, shared:
“I’m incredibly proud of our students. They didn’t just learn facts, they understood values, and they shared them with heart.”
The museum was not only a celebration of learning, but also a moment of connection. One parent noted:
“It was so lively and inspiring. I’m truly glad ARKS does its best to instill confidence in children from such a young age.”
We’re grateful to our students, staff, and families for making this a joyful celebration of identity, voice, and learning.
